Using Citizens Bank Telephone Banker has never been easier and it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All you need to use this convenient and secure service is a phone, your account number, your 4-digit security PIN, and your social security number.  

Simply dial (601) 731-3035 and you can:

  • Obtain Account Balances
  • Obtain Account History and Pending Transactions
  • Transfer Funds between Accounts
  • Make a Loan Payment
  • Report a Debit Card Lost or Stolen
  • Request a Stop Payment on a Check

Quick reference guide for Telephone Banking options:

  • To switch to Voice Recognition, press 8*
  • Press 1 for Account Balance
  • Press 2 for Account History
  • Press 3 to Transfer Funds or Make a Payment
  • Press 4 for Card Services
